Product overview: AII series centrifugal blowers belong to a single suction, low speed (2975rpm), single stage impeller, and double end support structure. This series of blowers have upper and lower air inlets, and the impellers provide air tangentially. They are generally installed on the second floor platform. The air inlet and outlet ducts of the blower do not need to be removed when the blower is maintained or the rotor is dynamically balanced. The blower is directly driven by the motor through the coupling. Main engine rotor. The blower main shaft supports two structural forms: rolling bearing and sliding bearing. The rolling bearing structure has a cooler in the bearing box, and the blower with the sliding bearing supporting the rotor needs to be equipped with a lubricating oil station and a high-level oil tank. The effective volume of the high-level fuel tank is 80 liters, and the height of the bottom surface of the high-level fuel tank is not less than 5 meters from the center of the equipment. After an unexpected power failure, it is guaranteed to supply fuel to the unit for more than 30 minutes. Because this series of blowers are supported at both ends, they are suitable for conveying working conditions with relatively large dust content, and the flow rate is relatively large. The applicable range is generally 200-2000m³/min, or even larger, with a maximum boost of 30KPa.
