Product overview: The spiral inclination angle of sand-water separator equipment is generally between 25 and 30°. The sand-water mixture enters the equipment from the water inlet pipe, and the mixture passes through the gathering box on the upper part of the separator. The sand is separated from the organic matter, and the sand water enters the sand collecting tank. The particles with larger specific gravity (such as sand) fall due to their own weight and are deposited on the bottom of the spiral groove. Driven by the spiral blades, the material moves along the bottom of the inclined U-shaped groove. After lifting and leaving the liquid level, continue to move up for a certain distance. The water in the sand gradually flows back to the water tank in the gap of the spiral groove blade. The sand liquid gradually dries to the outlet, and falls into other conveying devices by its own weight. The liquid continuously overflows from the drainage weir. Under the action of the water vortex, the organic matter also flows out of the overflow trough with the supernatant and flows back to the sewage well, thus achieving the effect of sand-water separation.

Features: The separation efficiency can reach 96~98%, and the particles with a particle size of ≥0.2mm can be separated using a shaftless screw conveyor, no bottom bearing, no consumables, reasonable structure design, no clogging, and low maintenance costs.
