Product overview: The three-box automatic dosing device is an automatic and continuous flocculant dissolving device. The dry powder flocculant enters the instant dissolver from the screw propeller for premixing with clean water, and the wetted material enters the preparation tank for stirring and dilution, and is prepared according to the required concentration; during the preparation process, the water intake must be relatively stable under the observation of the flowmeter. This ensures that the concentration of the prepared solution remains unchanged during the entire work process. The prepared solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the maturation tank. When the liquid level of the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and the process of adding the liquid medicine continues. When the solution drops to the middle level, the batching process is restarted automatically. Both the batching tank and the maturation tank are equipped with agitators to fully ensure the dilution and maturation of the flocculant. In addition, when the solution in the storage tank is insufficient, the lower level alarm system will be touched, and all systems will stop alarming.
