The new type of blower has the following advantages:
1. There are great changes in the design of the blower impeller. The blower impeller blade is designed with back-bending and twisted ternary flow blade, and a guide blade is set at the inlet. The blade of the original fan impeller is straight and bent back, which is a two-dimensional design with low efficiency and no diversion blade in the air inlet.
2. The design of the diffuser, curved backflow area and backflow unit in the intermediate housing of the new type of blower has been greatly improved. The key to our design is to reduce the loss of energy consumption when the kinetic energy of fluid is converted from the upper stage impeller to the pressure energy through the diffuser and the lower stage impeller of the backflow unit.
